Roast Veg and Steak Strips

In these winter months there is nothing better to keep you healthy then stocking up on the winter veg and red meat. Here’s another simple, nutritious instalment from our favourite Crazy Mother Cooker.


  • 5 or 6 different veg eg,
    • carrots
    • sweet potatoes
    • leeks
    • mushrooms
    • cherry tomatoes.
  • 2 small beef steak medallions
  • Bbq sauce or pepper sauce.

Method of Cooking

Chop up a selection of colourful veg to similar sizes.

Place on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil & sprinkle with mixed herbs. This can be seen in the image below:

Put in a pre-heated oven has mark 6 for 20mins.

In a hot frying pan place the 2 beef medallions. Cook on each side for 4 mins or to own taste.



Let the meat rest.

When the veg is cooked plate up.

Plate up Veg

Slice the meat & place on top of the veg and Drizzle the sauce over the dish to taste.
